I have a HND in Construction and Property...where now?

O.k so basically I now have a HND in construction and Property and Im unsure where I can go to next. I do not want to go onto do a degree as I'd much prefer to go straight into a job. But I'm unsure what roles I should be looking for or where to look? I've searched high and low on the internet for trainee schemes but nothing seems to be available. I would be quite happy just going into the construction industry and starting out as a labourer, but I don't even know how to get into those because I have no on site experience. Some advice please.
