What is a good capture card to use on the Xbox/PS3?

As you can probably tell by the title of this question, I want to record gameplay footage from my xbox or Playstation 3 to my computer. Is there any good yet affordable capture cards that anyone can recommend? And also, any equipment I may need for recording such as wires but of a certain type?
