Job Choice - Fiance needs help choosing the best job choice.?

The two of you need to sit down and make a list...pros and cons and then make an informed decision. Your choices only reinforce what I preach. Go to college and your choices start much higher. My only good advice is that while you work at Walmart, buy their stock and hang on to it. Ok more advice. Take the job that offers more advancement in the future and one that offers good working conditions. Dealing with other employees and irate customers is part of life. Get over it. If he wants management, the ability to deal with others and have a positive outcome for everyone is a plus. Good luck.
