From which particular region of Poland did the majority of early 20th century immigrants to the US come from?

I know the map of Poland has changed extensively from what it was in say, 1905, but taking that into account, which region of Poland produced the most immigrants who were peasants but came to America and worked as laborers in the steel mills of Pennsylvania, Upstate NY, Ohio and the car factories of Detroit, Buffalo, Chicago, etc.
