Why do most Single Professional Women make this kind of decision?

I am a single working woman myself but where I work at my bosses who are older than I am tend to act a certain way. The description I would say is of women in their 30’s, single although most have been in a long term relationship previously (some with kids), professionally accomplished (usually a section manager or director) and still independently active. Now that you have the background what I mean is what I have seen and heard of the norm for women like these (mainly because I am on my way to be one) is not dating, but sexual choosing is. On the weekends mostly they would get together either at the same types of bars looking for a certain guy to take to a hotel room. Or some just call for a man who regularly gives them their sexual “fix” (usually they are younger men). One rumor is that the VP of sales on occasion will actually use professional male escorts for her needs (Yes, stories vary but some say they witnessed it). My question is why do professionally accomplished women take on the trait of “Sex on demand” like men do? Is it that our mentality changes at that age? Is it our jobs that mold us into that? Or is it that at some point certain things considered embarrassing or impractical are set aside and just we will submit to our sexual pleasures? I guess I want to know what may happen to me.
