How are humans really much different from animals in the wild?

We aren't much different to the wild, 1000's of years ago we were just like all the other animals but smarter. The only reason we see blood and guts disgusting is because its been implemented in our heads since we were born. The only reason we can't eat raw meat is because we haven't done it in 1000's of years, if humans kept eating raw meat we wouldnt be affected by it because of evolution, this would take much more than a few generations of people though of course, if you believe in evolution
